AS THESE PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER WITH PERSONALISED MONOGRAMMING WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE BAG ITSELF PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN A WEEK OF PURCHASING
ANY ZIP OR FAULT WITH THE BAG WILL BE FIXED FREE OF CHARGE UPTO ONE MONTH FROM PURCHASE.
ALL ITEMS ARE SENT ROYAL MAIL SO ARE TRACKED. IF THE ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN A WEEK OF SENDING PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.
Lead times
I am having to run a 2 week lead time at the moment whilst my machine is getting fixed.
This is not including postage time.
This should get back to normal 1 week lead time by February.
